Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal at the World Championships, as Team USA captured its seventh successive world title on the night of October 4 in Antwerp, Belgium. Simone Biles is by far the most acclaimed gymnast to ever compete with 33 medals won in world competitions and at the Olympics. Biles was able to perform a vault so difficult that it was the first a woman ever did on an international scale. It was formerly known as Biles' Yurchenko double pike vault the vault has been changed to the Biles II.
